- If she has a neutral preference for teddy bears, then you will need to give that extra something to make it a more special and personalized gift for her. Ultimately, you want her to smile every time she sees and cuddles your bear

- It would be a big plus if you chose the right teddy bear color for her
- Find out randomly from her or her friends her favorite color
- Chances are you don’t want to give her a white bear if her favorites are dark colors
3. Dimensions of the teddy bear
- Women are sensitive! Keep this in mind when choosing the size of the teddy bear
- If she has been really worried about her weight recently, you should avoid buying her an overweight teddy bear that will remind her.
- If she is quite short, a smaller teddy bear would be much more suitable
- The bottom line is, be discreet!
4. Find a teddy bear that reflects your relationship with his interest
- Teddy bears can be truly personal gifts, so present them in the most special way
- If your girl loves skating, a skating theme would surely melt her heart much more than a sailor teddy bear.
- If your girlfriend loves indoor activities, a sports teddy bear would be a bad idea, instead, seek her interest and give him what she already likes, it will take you much further

I also came across a really sweet idea where the guy bought a separate pendant and wore it on the teddy bear with a hidden message inserted inside, they have been together ever since.
