Next, find two large wholesale buttons, which will suit your toy. Wholesale buttons come in many different colors and shapes, so you can choose a couple of buttons that match your toy’s personality. Although the black round ones are used more often, it can depend on the appearance of your toy. If your toy is very colorful or previously had colored eyes, it might be great to wear them. However, it is usually best to choose a button with four holes, as these are the easiest to sew securely.
The best way to sew your buttons in bulk is to use a cross stitch pattern, where the stitches end up looking like an X. While this is one of the safest ways to affix buttons, it’s also a great way to give more expression to the toy. For a truly “shiny” look, you can use thread which is a contrasting color to the button color. if you want, you can also use shiny thread.
